Welcome

 Renita Poor is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury.  On February 4, 1997 she was driving home from the University of Georgia when she hit by a drunk driver resulting in a severe brain injury.

Renita will never be able to get her PHD in psychology, which was her dream.  She is now a Victim Impact Speaker for Forsyth, Cumming, Hall, Oakwood, Clayton and Fulton counties in Georgia.  She lets them know what it is like to have a brain injury and how it has affected her life and those around her.  The main theme is that there are consequences to all your decisions

Renita still  enjoys designing jewelry.  She came up with a idea for car angels that hang from your rearview mirror.  Each angel has a little tag on it stating "Think before you Drive, Let an Angel guide your ride."
